Welcome to Global Business Digital Market. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

The Company agrees to provide marketing consulting services as specified in the agreement between the Company and the Client. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, market research, strategy development, campaign planning, and performance tracking.

Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the provision of services by the Company. This may include but is not limited to, access to relevant platforms, data, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary business information, financial data, and trade secrets.

Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the agreement. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be specified in the agreement. Certain Services are paid services. This section explains how we handle payments for those paid services. For certain paid services, such as domain registrations and site subscriptions, we’ll automatically bill you in regular intervals (such as monthly or annually) unless you disable auto-renewal or cancel your subscription. You can do that anytime. Automatic Subscription Renewals. To ensure uninterrupted service, we'll automatically bill you for certain Paid Services from the date you submit your initial payment and on each renewal period or amount afterwards until cancellation. Your renewal period will be equal in time or amount to the renewal period of your current subscription.

For example, you will be on a monthly subscription plan, each billable renewal period will be for one (1) month. We’ll automatically charge you the applicable amount using the payment method you have on file with us and by agreeing to this Agreement, you authorize us to do this. We’ll let you know in advance if you’re purchasing a Paid Service that includes auto-renewal payments. You can disable auto-renewal at any time via the Services or your mobile app store provider.

Access to the sites, templates, products, applications, tools, services, and features (collectively, the "Services") provided by Squarespace (as defined below), on the websites and associated domains of www.squarespace.com, www.acuityscheduling.com, www.unfold.com and www.bio.site and on Squarespace web, mobile and other applications.

Fee Changes. The services used to develop and operate the website may change their fees at any time. We’ll provide you with advance notice of these fee changes via the Services. New fees will not apply retroactively. We don't agree with the fee changes to your subscription with Global Business Digital Market, we will keep true to the service fee agreement and will manage to maintain service costs even if other providers change their fee. If the cost is not advantageous to Global Business Digital Market business promise, you have the right to reject the change by canceling the applicable Paid Service before your next payment date.

Payment Processing

MONTH TO MONTH - NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS

We use third party payment processors (each, a “Payment Processor”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor, in addition to this Agreement.

Using Google Pay as the secure method of payment.

(a) Age Restrictions. To use Google Pay you must be 16 years of age or older. If you are 16 or older but under 18 years of age (or the legal age of your country, if greater), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use Google Pay and to accept the Terms. To use the Google pay app, you must be 18+

(b) Basic Use Requirements. To use Google Pay you will need a Google Account; a device that meets the Service's system and compatibility requirements, which may change from time to time; working Internet access; and compatible software. Your ability to use Google Pay, and Google Pay's performance, may be affected by these factors. Such system requirements are your responsibility.

(c) Information Google May Share. In order for Google to provide Google Pay services, you permit Google to disclose to apps and websites that you have set up Google Pay, and to share your device, payment, location, and account information with your payment method's issuer and network. Where necessary to process your transactions, you also permit Google to share your personal information with merchants, payment processors, and other third parties.

(d) Information Google May Collect. As permitted in our privacy policies, and for Google to provide and improve its services, you permit Google to collect transactions, account, and other personal information from third parties, including merchants and your payment method's issuer.

Any intellectual property developed during the engagement, including but not limited to, marketing plans, strategies, and creative assets, shall remain the property of the Company that Global Business Digital Market is aiding and consulting unless otherwise specified in writing. Ownership of an Account or site is disputed between parties, such as a business and its employees, or a web designer and a client. We try not to get involved in these disputes. Global Business Digital Market agrees that all rights and ownership to advertising products shall and will always remain the property of the client we are providing the service to.

Our responsibility is to ensure the integrity and security of your end customers’ account credentials.

After a profile has been created, the client maintains complete ownership of the profile, and the consultant will only be the account manager of the profile.

Both parties DO NOT share passwords

Consultant will only be invited as a manager, and not as an owner.

If the client no longer requires the service to manage the profile, Global Business Digital Market consultants are responsible to remove his/self or her/self from the profile and any account.

Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

You Must Comply with Data Protection, Security and Privacy Laws. You agree and warrant that you are solely responsible when using Your Sites or the Services for complying with applicable data protection, security and privacy laws and regulations (including, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the EU e-Privacy Directive/Regulation), including any notice and consent requirements. This includes without limitation the collection and processing by you of any personal data, when you use Your Sites and the Services to send marketing and other electronic communications to individuals and when using cookies and similar technologies on Your Sites (including, in particular, those which we place for you at your request as part of the Services, such as to undertake analytics for you).

Copyright

We comply with copyright law and respond to complaints about copyright infringement in accordance with this section.

We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that you do too. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement if they comply with the law and are reported via the Copyright Report Form. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998), to delete or disable content alleged to be infringing, and to terminate Accounts for actual, apparent, or repeat infringement without any refunds.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Jurisdiction of the sites state of the business/corporation of the client, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update and modify these terms at any time. The Client will be notified of any significant changes.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
